I disagree! Emotions are hriwdraed into our psyches and are easily accessible with the right excercises. It’s not about recall it’s a about focus & concentration that stimulates the area of the body where that particular emotion seems to reside!Emotions are much more complex than generally thought of, yet simply accessible.There are three types: Basic, Cognitive and Culturally Specific and the triggers to all of these are physical not psychological!
