Hello and welcome to our “march banter” feature for this evening’s game, the second leg of our Group D contest against Club Brugge.

This evening Newcastle United meet a Club Brugge side who are in turmoil, having sacked the manager who faced us in our previous game two weeks ago after he lost his fifth game on a row, taking the side from top of the Belgian League down to eighth, which is right in the middle of the table as there are only 16 teams.

So, they could be a “surprise package”. However, for a more in depth background to the game this evening, you could always check out my previous match preview which will keep you abreast of all the team news, along with lots of other stuff too.
